• Standard Shipping: $12.95 via DHL or FedEx. Delivery within 10-15 business days after shipment.
• Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50 via EMS. Delivery within 15-25 business days after shipment.

4.4 Shipping Restrictions

5.1 Return Policy

We accept returns and exchanges for eligible items within 15 days of you receiving your order.

• Unworn, unwashed, and in their original, saleable condition
• Have all original tags attached
• Be in the original packaging you received them in
• Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number)

5.3 Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons and due to the intimate nature and fit variability of certain garments, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on the following items unless they are faulty or we sent the incorrect item:

• All Dresses (Final Sale)
• Any item with the hygiene tag removed or damaged

5.4 Return Process

To initiate a return or exchange:

2. Wait for approval and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
3. Securely package the eligible item(s) and mail them to the address provided with your RMA

We highly recommend using a tracked shipping service, as you are responsible for the item until it reaches our warehouse.

5.5 Refunds

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5-7 business days for processing after we receive your return, plus an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
