Shipping Policy

We are proud to offer global shipping to our discerning clientele (excluding Asia and a few remote regions).

Order Processing: Please allow 1-2 business days for us to carefully prepare your order for shipment.

Shipping Methods & Timeframes:

  • Standard Shipping (DHL or FedEx): $12.95. Your order will be delivered within 10-15 business days after it has been shipped.
  • Free Shipping (EMS): Available on all orders over $50. Your order will be delivered within 15-25 business days after it has been shipped.

You will receive a tracking notification via email once your order is on its way, allowing you to follow its journey to you.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

Your complete satisfaction is our priority. If your purchase isn’t perfect, we are here to help with a straightforward returns and exchanges process.

Return & Exchange Timeframe

We accept returns and exchanges for eligible items within 15 days of you receiving your order.

Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must meet the following criteria:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and in their original, saleable condition.
  • All original tags must be attached.
  • Items must be in the original packaging you received them in.
  • A proof of purchase (order number) is required.

Please Note: For reasons of hygiene and due to the intimate nature and fit variability of certain garments, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on the following items, unless they are faulty or we sent the incorrect item:

  • All Dresses (Final Sale)
  • Any item with the hygiene tag removed or damaged.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

To ensure a smooth process, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Email our customer support team at [email protected] within the 15-day window. Please use the provided template below to include all necessary information.
  2. Wait for Approval: Our team will review your request. If approved, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on where to send your item. Please do not ship anything back without an RMA number.
  3. Ship the Item: Securely package the eligible item(s) and mail them to the address we provide. We highly recommend using a tracked shipping service, as you are responsible for the item until it reaches our warehouse at 1536 Half and Half Drive, Fresno, US 93710.
  4. Processing: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your exchange or refund.

Refund Information

Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal).

Processing Time: Please allow:

  • 5-7 business days for our team to process the refund after we receive the returned item.
  • An additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider’s processing times.

Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable. For exchanges, we will cover the standard shipping cost to send the new item to you.
