Return & Exchange Timeframe

We accept returns and exchanges for eligible items within 15 days of you receiving your order.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
  • Items must be in the original packaging you received them in.
  • A proof of purchase (order number) is required.
Please Note: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on the following items, unless they are faulty or we sent the incorrect item:
  • Dresses (final sale, due to their intimate nature and fit variability)
  • Any item with the hygiene tag removed or damaged.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

To start the process, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Email our customer support team at [email protected] within the 15-day window. Use the template below to ensure you provide all necessary information.
  2. Wait for Approval: Our team will review your request and, if approved, provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on where to send your item. Please do not ship anything back without an RMA number.
  3. Ship the Item: Securely package the eligible item(s) and mail them to the address provided. We recommend using a tracked shipping service as you are responsible for the item until it reaches our warehouse.
  4. Processing: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your exchange or refund.

Refund Information

Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal).

Processing Time: Please allow:

  • 5-7 business days for the refund to be processed by our team after we receive the returned item.
  • An additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider’s processing times.
Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable. For exchanges, we will cover the standard shipping cost to send the new item to you.

Final Sale Items

As noted above, all Dresses are considered final sale items for hygiene reasons and are not eligible for return or exchange unless they are faulty or we have made an error in your order.
